Stephen Curry And Under Armour Release The Curry Flow 10

Stephen Curry is releasing the Curry Flow 10, the tenth shoe from his signature sneaker line. This is a significant milestone for him as he reaches his 8th year in partnership with Under Armour. Curry is the ninth athlete in history to release ten signature shoes and the first for Under Armour. He first partnered with Under Armour in 2014 when he released his first sneaker, The Curry 1.

Stephen Curry has already cemented his legacy as one of the all-time NBA greats. He won his fourth NBA Championship this year with the Golden State Warriors and was named NBA Finals MVP. Off the court, he is also committed to community service, working with Under Armour to refurbish basketball courts and provide training and equipment to tens of thousands of young athletes across the country.

The Curry Flow 10 includes the UA Flow and UA Warp 2.0 technology from his previous shoe models, which all help to provide maximum comfort and make the shoe feel lighter. The sneaker also features a large red X under the shoe to indicate this being his tenth shoe. The shoe comes in different colorways to represent different parts of his personal and professional life, such as the ‘Iron Sharpens Iron’ colorway that references his favorite Bible verse, Proverbs 27:17 and the Curry-Fornia colorway that references his home in California.

The Curry Flow 10, and the related FloTro and Retro silhouettes, will launch in the coming months, with the Curry 10 Iron Sharpens Iron first dropping on October 21. While Under Armour shoes rarely ever generate the hype coming from their sneaker rivals Nike and Adidas, this strategic relationship with Steph Curry helps build the Under Armour brand. With Steph Curry, this is Under Armour’s best chance to appeal to the star’s millions of young fans.
